YES the 3400 l-ion battery runs my 190 for over 4 hrs on a full charge . It was not recognised by the charge indicator and only 1 of the lines flashed constantly with no time indicator either but it worked fine. the os i am running on the 190cs is 7.6.1 i did not have the 190 psu attached at all and i charged it in the 3400 fully before it was used. i would be glad to show any list member in the UK North east that it worked to prove to the list that it is not a trick.
