Drew, can you see any possibility at all to hack AP for nubus PBs?

Maybe. I think i've determined that AirPort looks at the "pccd" system gestalt to decide if it wants to work or not. I'm still trying to hack the vanilla AirPort 1.3 installer to install on a 3400c. I got far enough that the installer runs and doesn't complain, but along the way I ruined the installer script so that the installer can't find it's own files... ;-)
When I get around to it, I'll try again.
As for working on the 5300 and 1400, it may be possible _if_ (big if) I can figure out a way to patch the "pccd" gestalt to fake PC Card Services 3 capabilities. We'll have to see. I have little experience enough with C/CodeWarrior: Writing an extension to do this may be beyond my ability.
GestLab lets you change the values of various gestalts on your machine. I'll play around with that first to see what happens.
I don't know when all this will happen though. Between getting a new version of ClassicStumbler out and starting a new job today, we'll have to see.
