1) you have to get the keyboard out, that takes two of the bottom screws,

2) you have to remove the itermediate cover, that takes two self-tapping 
screws (rear),

3) you have to get the shield/heat sink off, that takes one standard 
screw (back) and two self-tapping screws (top),

4) you have to remove the RAM board, that takes no screws,

5) then the processor can be removed, which also takes no screws.
