I have used a MacWireless card with not only several PowerBooks, but also an IBM 
ThinkPad, always flawlessly.  In fact, I have recommended the card on this List for 
those who have no time or interest in hacking drivers and such.  The MacWireless card 
may cost a little more than some others.
