The PTP has eight RAM slots, and eight 128-MB DIMMs would max you out at
1,024 MB.

You will want to buy 168-pin 5V 60 ns DIMMs. You can interleave the memory,
meaning you supposedly will enjoy some performance boost if you add RAM in
matched pairs.

As an example, Other World Computing is selling 128-MB DIMMs for about $25
each, so for c. $200 you can max out that PTP's memory.
