I've a couple of old issues where I own three of the four machines on the cover (9500, PowerTower Pro, and DayStar Genesis).
My everyday machine's my G4-ified PowerTower Pro. I draw a biweekly comic strip on it in Illustrator. I think it's only crashed on me twice. Anyway, I absolutely love it, and it will stay around even when I get a G5, as I plan to do before the fall semester starts.

Among my most valued treasures are the old MacWorld and MacUser magazines
which review all the goodies that were available for these old macs, and
make the pursuit of first class video cards, scsi cards and the like easy
and fun. I love to glance at the ads for PowerComputing from the days when
a basic PTP 225 cost $4995 !

One thing I have learned is to avoid mixing whiskey with eBay...=)

Cheers...Michael
