The LEM Swaplist or Ebay are good places for used upgrades and since
there is very little market for PCI Macs or upgrades the prices are
dirt cheap. For example I got a 250MHz G3 card for $5 from an Ebay
seller a few weeks ago.

Your PowerTower will hold four 128MB RAM DIMMs, You can get the best
price from OWC for RAM:

OWC also has upgrade cards too.

I have a Sonnet G3 400MHz card with the 1MB cache I will sell for
$40.00 plus shipping in the US if interested.
