My apologies, following all your replies I tried a few different combinations of rules and have concluded (following successful tests with manually written emails) that it is the azureus email plugin that is generating emails that PowerMail cannot process correctly. The Body and Any Field options fail to catch phrases or word combinations in the email.
Curious how the "Any Field" doesn't catch it though! I'll forward one of the messages in case someone can think of a fix. -- Simon Troup Digital Music Art
