Hi Simon, It's impossible to know for sure without a couple of sample emails so try this out: Just for fun, change the execute condition to "any condition is met" and see if it works. If it does, then you know there is a conflict between the two conditions, i.e. one is true but the other is not. -- Tim Lapin [EMAIL PROTECTED]
