I'm pretty sure I've asked Mail users to ensure they have their preferences set to 'plain text' and the problem has gone away. There may be a problem with Mail though as it does seem to re-appear now and again. 100% a Mail issue though. I always advise users to get a proper email application! -- David Gordon
