I don't understand.  I'm replying to your message, and your text (above)
is in single quotes.  If you reply to this, I would expect THIS text to
be in single quotes, and the above text in double quotes.  Are you seeing
something else?

I liked this Emailer feature as well.

How about a folder named 'Never Used Folders', and put all your never
used folders inside this one as subfolders?

It would be nice to be able to order the folders any way we want, but as
a work-around you can put a space (or two or three) at the beginning of
the folder name to bring it to the top of the list.
