I have been assigned to benchmark the industry practices on ED issuance and return during outage and non outage. I am looking for information regarding how and who. Do workers have to hand in signed trip tickets in order to receive proper dosimetry during outages? No How do workers get EDs during non outages and outages? There are stored in racks at the RCA entry point – they pick them up and sign in Are there workers assigned to check batteries in the EDs around the clock during outages and what is the frequency non-outage? No We change out batteries on ED’s prior to each outage and telemetry following each weekly use during outages, divers following each entry. Thank you for your help. Diana J.
