Diablo Canyon's response:

1) How many individuals are involved in implementing your dosimetry
program? (from in-processing through termination)

Non-outage - 2 BU clerical, 1 FTE Management Outage - 5 BU, 1 FTE Management
Respirator Fits are performed by BU RP Techs in another RP group.

2) Are those individuals bargaining unit or management? See above. Two of
the management individuals are in a professional union.

3) What are their primary roles, and what other station functions are
covered within your program? (respirator fits, environmental/REMP, etc?)

BU clerical have other clerical duties within RP. 1 FTE management (3 actual
people) has a number of other responsibilities.

4) Do dosimetry employees have required duties outside of dosimetry? Yes

5) What is your role? Internal/external dosimetry process owner. One of
the three management employees

6) Does your station issue dosimetry to all individuals on-site, or only
to those entering a RCA? Issue TLDs to all individuals entering the RCA only.
We are a PWR.

7) Do you anticipate needing to make any departmental changes as a result
of nuclear promise initiative strategies? From a dosimetry perspective, not at
this time.

If you have questions, please let me know.

Thanks,

Linda

Hello, I'm interested in a broad overview of your dosimetry program
roles/responsibilities, if you wouldn't mind answering a few informal benchmark
questions:

1) How many individuals are involved in implementing your dosimetry
program? (from in-processing through termination)

2) Are those individuals bargaining unit or management?

3) What are their primary roles, and what other station functions are
covered within your program? (respirator fits, environmental/REMP, etc?)

4) Do dosimetry employees have required duties outside of dosimetry?

5) What is your role?

6) Does your station issue dosimetry to all individuals on-site, or only
to those entering a RCA?

7) Do you anticipate needing to make any departmental changes as a result
of nuclear promise initiative strategies?

Thank you in advance for any information you may be able to provide.
