salam buat semua. surprise buat wak Alwin Tanjung, saya ucapkan congratulation buat dia, approval dari HRD untuk calon mahasiswa S3 sejak 2 tahun terakhir agaknya sudah menjadi langka,terkadang saya berpikir percuma ngepplay untuk S3 bila approval dari HRD gak keluar seperti rekan2 sebelum nya, thank God berkat anugrah nya wak Win dapat melanjutkan studynya di aligarh, sekali lagi selamat wak.
