This patch has been waiting for over 4 months and I have an active backlog that depends on this work. I took a quick skim of your changes in #58 and saw that its a mostly clean (though stale) rebase with 2 very specific changes (remove run bias in favor of uniform bias for `FrequentLargeRange`, and extract `NetworkSink.Action` out into `Cluster`); those changes should not be in conflict with follow up work, so it should be low effort for you to maintain. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
