I don't think it's the ink that is the factor, more the paper and what surface it has. Like any art paper, particularly coated, you will scuff the surface if you're not careful when handling a print - a glossy paper will have nowhere near the same problems because of its construction and finish. I find the Somerset Enhanced Velvet reasonably resilient when compared to others. I used to have huge problems with Lyson Standard Fine Art as flecks of the paper/coating would drop off over time leaving a white spot - this is in a portfolio (printed with Lyson Fotonic and Quad Black) which is being handled a lot. I changed to Hahnemuhle Photo Rag and found this much better at being handled.
