Thanks for that. So are all the problems (as far as you're aware) coming from users running RIPs, or are they also from folks simply using the Epson Drivers? Reason I ask is that my demo was run through a Shiraz RIP (which did a terriffic job of scaling up, BTW) and they couldn't/wouldn't output direct from the Epson driver, which makes me suspicious. Call me a cynic, but there's probably more margin in the RIP for them than there is in the printer, which is why they're pushed so hard...
