I can't remember the name of the company but there is one in gloucester who are the official repairers, epson uk will give the number to you. They are not cheap and I was offered a 1200 that was broken, they wanted like �200 for a repair and new heads. Needless to say I spent an extra �100 and bought a new 1290.
