I just bought a spare 1160 head from them for about ?60net that I will try to fit myself if I ever need to, this did include new carts. I have installed one head with success once before, but there are a couple of caveats: it would require a little bit of guesswork to do so, it is a little fiddly... and two key points: * You will not be able to adjust the head voltage to install the new head; * You will not be able to run some advanced alignment software built into the printer. Having said all that, my previous repair worked fine. As someone said, it may be better just to stomp up for a new printer...
