We had an Equinox engineer out to solve a couple of questions with our Epson 5000 and after the heads were changed and he had left the printer it was producing out of focus prints! Another engineer visited and changed the heads and yes it was still out of focus, and both set it up using their diagnostic software. It went back to the workshops and when it returned it was fine. I understood that it was essential to have use this software when installing new heads at least on the 5000.
