Nick: Thanks for your feedback and also Neil's off list help. No, I guess I am old fashioned and have always in the past believed that canned profiles should work. I am learning very fast and will shortly be going generations + profile or 2100+ profile, in which case the 5000 will be for sale. I think it is now very clear to me that this is a profile problem.
