OK well the root problem always has been that if you ever want to contact them, forget it! If something goes wrong they just aren't around to sort it out. You have to email them with your problem and they take a week or more to reply. Plus you think you're getting a good deal then you see all the add-ons such as having to pay to remove banners. You may find that it's all fine for you, and it could be that I have just had bad experiences. But I have found that for only a few quid more a company such as www.49pence.com (which seem to be run by just a couple of techy guys) will give you a much more personal service.
