Having signed up with 49p in December I agree that they seem to be "just a couple of techy guys." And quite friendly too - but having given me the wrong instructions and together with my less-than-professional knowledge of ftp, DNS protocols etc., it took 2 weeks to make the first upload.
I'm not wishing to slag off a supplier but the impression I got is if things go wrong you will need to pretty techie to sort them out.
