Somewhere in the software it might tell what the conflicts are, but PC or Mac, one Personal computer will run out or everything with that type of configuration.
When a computer gets so busy, it gets unreliable or slow, buy another one and network them - leave as much as you can on the old machine, and put as many peripherals as you can on the network rather than in your critical machine.
