What colour would you like your embarrassment? Fill the Foreground swatch via the Color Picker to your choice, then select the Paint Bucket, hold down the Shift key and click in the surround to your image - make it easy on yourself make the Scaling of your image small enough for the surround to be visible.

A tip for those wishing to set neutral easily in the Color Picker - click anywhere within the Picker window and drag your cursor beyond the box on the left side; moving up and down now will be constrained to neutrality (ie all three channels will be equal, as you move up and down).
