Dear Bernadette
I have just had some prints mounted on styrene. The results are as smooth as the underlying surface which is dead flat.
I am not at all certain that warped prints aren't more of a feature of traditional wet prints. All of the classic original photographic prints I've ever seen have not been dead flat.
