You are right BUT if you buy a top quality foamboard board like Kappa
warping is a rare occurance
We do not buy pre glued board prefering to roll our own adhesive on. Its
more profitable ,does not take a lot of additional time and the adhesive
type can be selected to suite the job ie low tack , low cost carrierless,
extra thick to absorbe surface imperfections.
We use 3 and 5mm "Foamalux" by Brett Martin which I find is reasonably
stable and buy it in 4ft x 8ft sheets.
Beware thoguh of leaving in close proximity to hot lights as it will indeed
warp
Cold roller presses are also very fast in operation so with high volume jobs
its rather like printing your own money !!
