[PRODIG] Sinarback 54

i am looking at upgrading my sinarback 23 to a 54.  i might have to do 
this at short notice, not allowing time for exhaustive research and i 
was wondering if anyone had any working experience of these backs.(or 
indeed the 43 or 44 which are the same sensor i think).  i am using it 
in the studio and by and large with flash. any insights are most 
welcome, i had a few of particular concerns....
is the sensor in the 54 as sharp as that of the 23?
is the colour different?
is it robust (it will only run in OS x..)
does the large file size mean that there is little difference between 1 
and 4 shot in terms of colour and also in terms of moire?
how noisy is it and what are the limits?
how well does a new mac cope with the huge file sizes?
