Thanks, Patrick. Not exactly what I was looking for, the recalcitrant file was nice but I can live without it. However, you did put me in mind of their free CardWiper. I used it to test the card and it said it didn't find any errors. I then wiped the card, just for good measure, Initialised it in camera, shot 10 RAWs and they all downloaded OK. Phew!
