I swear by Klear Screen (www.klearscreen.com) I believe Apple recommend it - certainly for cleaning Powerbook screens.
It's not cheap. I buy mine from www.ghc.co.uk
BTW - NO ONE EVER attempts to touch my screens more than once - because they will certainly remember the first time vividly!!!
