Dear list, Just a few observations when using the scanner and Vuescan. I know a few people have had problems with the scanner but I think most is not setting the minolta software up properly. Ed has added the option of turning the grain dissolver off, the result of this is a new game called spot the grain. Scanning some negs in, grain printed is bitingly sharp with out any sharpening being applied.
