I've had a lot of problems with this machine, probably time to return it for warranty repair. Other people seem to have found it ok. Paul, not me im on my third ! On the first after 20-30 scans one the film holder would not be accepted into the unit,My second one also stopped working after 30 odd scans and would not set itself up. This my third so far is ok but I have only done about 10 scans on it so far. Jessops swapped it with no fuss both times.
