Simon I don't know who can repair the tripod but the suppliers are CT Distribution on 01908 646444, they may do it themselves but will be able to refer otherwise. I changed to Manfrotto after disgusting service from Gitzo - I've not had any problems touch wood but have been waiting 7 months for them to send me some spiked feet that were omitted from the box.
