Dear Ian - it works now- but Microsoft should warn people and not just sell it as an upgrade version! The paperwork that came with the upgrade made it sound very easy which in fact as far as I have heard from other people by now (and my own experience) it is certainly not. My warning mainly concerns that one should be awae that this procedure is not a piece of cake and if you don't need it then don't do it. I am just still furious that Adobe now seems to not give you any choice... And Ian- the upgrade they say should actually work easily with Windows 98...
