Tight trimming makes for an efficient and generally easy to read list....it's also much appreciated by those taking it in Digest form. However we seem to be seeing a number of postings where trimming is being taken to extremes...giving little or no help in knowing to what the poster is referring, apart from the subject line.
Please include just enough for anyone mildly interested in the thread to understand the relevance of your contribution. Usually a couple of lines will be enough, but if you are answering a number of points raised in a previous posting, it often helps if you make your comments after each section. Trim away anything not necessary putting 'snip' in place, so we know what's happening. Leaving one line spacing between the bit you are replying to and your contributions makes the posting so much clearer.
Many thanks for reading.
Cheers -- Richard
