Dear Ed and list,

I too would have thought this TOTALLY appropriate to this list and DIGITAL
IMAGING. Digital imaging is always for a purpose and for many of us, that
will include images for web promotion, either for ourselves or for clients.
This IS professional photography.

I am building (having built) a data-base driven site and I am desperate to
know why certain web applications can't see or use key-words loaded in
PhotoShop. EXIF info is still there, as well as file info, but not keywords.

My questions and others before me are asking about photographs, NOT web
'design' per se. I would agree that "do buttons look better than tick boxes"
is not appropriate but keywords, file info, and file preparation is surely
ESSENTIAL to all of us?

With respect,

Glyn
