Sorry if this is old hat to many of you. I am what is apparently known in the trade as a "late adopter". Any advice, tips, reassurance, will be much appreciated.

I am responding off list as my name has appeared rather to often of late I fear!
There is a saying 'if it ain't broke don't fix it.' Perhaps worth rethinking? Sometimes the grief and loss of production totally nullifies any possible gains.
