Jaguar is fairly old technology now very stable and trustworthy (especially
if you don't add toys like it was Xmas!). It's much, much more stable than
OS 9.2. So, while it may be slow on the slower G4's, it should rock on the
new G5's.

As far as I know, no one creates software for OS9 anymore and hasn't done
for sometime. None of the new apps in the Adobe CS suite will run in OS9.
