Dear Jo

As I've been assured by Paul Day 0121 335 8107 Leeds still exist. I bought
my 1Ds through a business that they sold and I am trying to clarify the
warranty position, without success so far. Have you tried Canon service in
Borehamwood? Are you a CPS member? Did you buy with a credit card? Under EC
legislation you're entitled to a full refund under six months if the product
was faulty at the time of manufacture, as yours must have been. Don't be put
off!!!

Good luck

Andrew
