Hi Richard, Professional PS 6 by Dan Margulis really helped me further my understanding. Just bear in mind when reading this book that Dan, as well as telling you some really important theory, is mostly advocating a 'by the numbers' workflow. Although interesting, it's really quite different to an ICC workflow for *visual* artists such as photographers.
