I am using a Mac G4, Panther and PS-CS, does anyone have a favorite sharpening program, including unsharp mask, that they are using with the this equipment?

Sharpening as correction for the softening of "Digital ICE"?
Sharpening to correct for softness of digital capture?
Sharpening to compensate for softening due to halftone repro?
Sharpening for images intended for inkjet output?
Sharpening for a specific effect?
Sharpening for something else that I'm forgetting?
