David further to my last reply I forgot to add an answer to your final points. You need to donload an OSX driver from the Epson website. Select Epson USB to communicate with the printer in the printer setup dialog box and not standard USB which uses a generic UNIX driver. (You can tell the difference from their respective icons. The Unix driver icon shows a printer square on to the viewer. The Epson USB driver shows a printer at an angle to the viewer). Once setup you dont need to boot into classic to print. Just make sure that your profiles are in the correct OSX folder.
