I also have a 2100 with Lyson CIS, I lifted the bottle racks by an inch and a half to allow more slack in the tubes.
Big mistake as the ink leaked out of the cartridges as a result. I would make sure that the printer and the bottle rack sit firmly on the same surface
and the ink will stop leaking.
The ink on the rollers and inside the printer will go if you use Epson cleaning paper etc and perhaps a tad of windolene.
