I do not know what the good reasons are to leave an Epson printer on when not in use !
I do know that when switched off the heads go to the park position, doing exactly what
the
manufacturers designed it to do.
I presume that Epson know what their kit does, I do as Recommended and switch off.
When I left the printer on I had problems with ink leaking out and causing serious
smudging, with it turned off I no longer get the problem.
I used the printer yesterday ,the first time since before Christmas and it worked
perfectly, what more needs to be said?
