I am aware that 'me too' replies are discouraged, but the importance of
standing firm on charges and fee structures is absolute.
I have lost too many jobs to people charging half of what I think is

There are so many additional costs that are less tangible maybe than working
with film, that it is very easy to miss them when costing a break-even or
ROI.
The only things I would add to Tariq's list are the more intangible, like
colour management (both hardware/software and training) and archiving.
It all takes time to do and costs money and is part of what being a
professional is about and so should be reflected in your (reasonable) fees.
