I am aware that 'me too' replies are discouraged, but the importance of standing firm on charges and fee structures is absolute. I have lost too many jobs to people charging half of what I think is reasonable because, somehow the perception is that digital is cheaper...No! No! No! There are so many additional costs that are less tangible maybe than working with film, that it is very easy to miss them when costing a break-even or ROI. The only things I would add to Tariq's list are the more intangible, like colour management (both hardware/software and training) and archiving. It all takes time to do and costs money and is part of what being a professional is about and so should be reflected in your (reasonable) fees.
