Some people have very good experiences and some don't. My experiences are based on the Precision 2 and 3, so I am unable to comment about the more recent models. Maybe someone on this list would care to give an opinion about the reliability, performance and accuracy of the new models from Imacon. And just as important....how they found customer service when things didn't go according to plan.
