I commented yesterday on the difference in turnaround time between Fixations 2 days and Johnsons Photopia,s 2 weeks. Last night there was a message on my answering machine from at David Harper atJohnsons asking for feedback from me re the info Id been given. Today David rang again for a chat and informed me that he had been told about my comments on prodig and wished to rectify a communication error.
In fact they can do the job of upgrading the 14n within a day or so when the parts become available. Top marks for listening AND being resposive in a positive friendly manner. Its good that people in high places are listening to what us end users say !
