If you connect via a GPRS mobile, it doesn't matter what ISP you're with,
you just need to configure your phone GPRS modem settings and your
laptop/computer network settings.
You may have to contact your mobile phone service provider to activate GPRS,
assuming of course, that your mobile has the capability.
If it doesn't, I wouldn't recommend using your mobile as a dial-up modem as
the connection speeds and sustainability are woeful (try 9 to 14k as opposed
to 48k with a normal dial-up and around a minimum of 400k on broadband -
depending on which service you've got of course)
