This is a story about good service, as it should be.
My Iiyama 22" CRT went out of allignment well into the second year of a 3
year warranty. I phoned the service department, and two days later a
replacement turned up. The driver unpacked the replacement, packed up mine,
and then waited to make sure it was OK. It wasn't - it didnt work at all. He
returned the next day with a second replacement, which did work and is still
perfect today. I was really impressed by the driver - he said he made sure
that they tested the second monitor while he was there so he was sure it
would be OK!
