Kudos to Iiyama...Sony aren't the only company who employ rogue drivers. I
have also had similar "service" from drivers from MacWarehouse. I've seen
them make room in their overcrowded, battered vans (honestly!) by picking up
packages indiscriminately and throwing them as if they contained
ballbearings. 

When I purchased the G420, I went through 4 monitors: the first one's casing
was scratched very badly, the second one had two huge holes in the box, the
third one I saw being dropped from the back of the van onto the tarmac! The
fourth was OK - I did complain to MacWarehouse but then never had the
courtesy to assure me that the rogue driver had been sacked. I'm now weary
of buying anything from them.

There's something to be said for your friendly, corner computer shop  -
unfortunately, mine is PC World! Ouch.
